Send your application form to the address below, together with proof of payment:

Each application should enclose a processing fee of MYR100.00 (Malaysian) / USD35 (ASEAN) / USD50 (NON-ASEAN)
Method of Payment

Online payment via e-commerce (e-com) link on the web www.uum.edu.my. Choose payment mode credit card (Mastercard/Visa) or FPX (if you are the internet banking user). Attach the printed receipt to the application form; or

At any branch of Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad (BIMB)use the using Bill Payment Slip. Specify payee code 340 in the column “pay for” in the Bill Payment Slip; or

Where there is no BIMB branch, payment can be made by Money Order in favour of Bendahari Universiti Utara Malaysia
Submission of Application Form
The completed application form must be submitted with the following documents:
Proof of payment of MYR100.00 (Malaysian) / USD35 (ASEAN) / USD50 (NON-ASEAN) for processing fee;

Certified copies of the Malaysian Education Certificate (MCE), Degree/equivalent qualifications, Malaysian University English Test (MUET)/ Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)/ International English Language Testing System (IELTS), professional certificates and full academics Transcripts. Applicants in their final semester of a first degree must attach certified copies of results for every semester;

Letter of undertaking for scholarship/training award/study loan;

Letter of approval/official leave from employer/relevant authorities to pursue this programme;

Copy of research proposal (for applicants doing full research only);

Four (4) copies of every page of the International passport and six (6) copies of passport-sized coloured photographs for student pass application (for international applicant only);
